With Steve Jobs gone Apple doesn't seem to have the vision into the mind of the consumer it had under his reign. Google has the edge with its open-source approach.

A touch screen OS forced on 90% of the PC's and laptops which are non-TS? I know they missed the boat way after Apple's iPhone and Google's Android were sailing. Office 2013 is an improvement, but Win 8 sucks to me. Between Android and open source software, MS days are numbered. If MS can spend Billions on Skype, why not buy a couple small Outlook addon software companies for some pocket change and add some of these features. And I think you should be able to sync Outlook between at least two or three PC's or Mac's out Still as yet I can tell, there is no way to backup and restore without doing something like I did with this export/import. I like it a little better than 2010īut it's not a big leap forward. I have my non-Plus Yahoo account routed through Singapore, so I can use it in Outlook. Others I figured out how to click change instead of removing and just adding the passwords. Ran the Hotmail Outlook connector and removed restored the email. 10) job done -start outlook 2019 and all your accounts etc will be in place - also avoids using those horrible simplified screens for manually setting. 9) youll be asked to enter the passwords for each of the accounts. 8) double click on the reg file you copied from the old computer. On my main Hotmail account it wouldn't login. 7) on new computer copy outlook files folder to documents. I did as you said, then ran Outlook 2010 and all the accounts were there minus passwords.
